As Vice President of Construction for Caldwell Companies, David Sanders will manage projects from start to finish with overall responsibilities including management, design development, construction documentation, contract negotiations and quality control. David is a results-oriented, experienced construction management professional with a proven track record of successful completion of multi-million dollar projects and has a solid background in all facets of retail, commercial, fitness club, and mid-rise construction. Dave is a great addition to the Caldwell team in that he believes in leading by example and displays a strong work ethic and high communication skills in order to mentor his team, enhance their skills and promote a solid, seamless team performance for the benefit of our clients.
Dave studied Business Management at University of California-Riverside and received his Project Management Professional Certification from Villanova University. Prior to joining Caldwell, he most recently worked as a Senior Project Manager for a commercial general contractor / developer.
Away from work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Michele, and their four children. He is an avid photographer and enjoys capturing memories of family, friends, nature and local youth sporting events. Check out his work in local magazines that he’s been featured in. He’s been published many times and the proceeds from the sale of his photos benefit the Alzheimer’s Association in honor of his late mother.
