Honoring An Ever-Growing Relationship With The Tomball Community

Veterinary Technology Building (Vet Tech) is a 20,000 square foot addition to the existing Veterinary program. The building compliments the existing Large Animal Facility in a rustic setting on the west side of the Tomball campus. The two story, structural steel Vet Tech facility is designed to integrate standard veterinary technologies and practices while exploring new possibilities in veterinary science. The $5.9 million facility houses a l24 seat teaching lecture hall, twelve canine runs, reptile, avian and small mammal rooms, prep, surgery and teaching recovery rooms administration rooms, a computer room and locker-room facilities.

Health Sciences Building (HSB) is a 60,000 square foot building located off the Tomball campus but near the Tomball Regional Medical Center. The facility serves and elevates the medical vocation instruction in various areas such as surgical technology, occupational therapy, nursing, continuing education and pharmacy. The three story facility will houses numerous classrooms, a library, occupational training spaces including a second floor residential training space, pharmacy tech lab, operating room, clean room, sterile room, soil room, nursing suite, CNA lab and classroom and administrative offices.

Performing Arts Center is a 30,000 square foot multi-purpose, two level, structural steel framed building designed as an instructional facility for training in theater and theatrical production. The facility includes a 425 seat theater and stage with accoutrements such as a green room, generous main lobby, props and scenery spaces, an orchestra pit, theatrical sound and lighting and service support facilities. Exterior of the building is masonry, glass and a contemporary metal panel façade. The Project is located on the Tomball campus site oriented toward Highway 249 to invite exposure and community involvement.
