Phase One of Remington Square is a 197,000 sq. ft. class A mixed-Use development offering office and retail space in a park setting. The landscaped park includes water features, benches and gathering areas all surpassing a typical suburban Houston office complex. The project was designed and built with LEED certification conservation standards. On-site covered parking is an additional feature of the project. Remington Square redefines the work place by offering a “park and stay” work environment.
