Originally from Spring, Texas, Hanna graduated from Texas A&M in 2000 with a degree in Journalism. Hanna’s passion for real estate began upon completion of a Master’s Degree in Management, when she started her career with Centex Destination Properties (CDP) – her first community was located in the heart of Las Vegas, NV. Her success with and loyalty to CDP granted her a transfer to several of their most prestigious properties, including her favorite - South Peak Resort, a New England community in Lincoln, New Hampshire.
In 2010, she moved back to College Station to complete her PhD in the Human Resources Development department at Texas A&M University. While attending the PhD program full-time, she also worked as a Sales Executive for Traditions Club, where she helped grow sales from $4 million to over $33 million in less than 5 years. Working for the Developer, Hanna specialized in helping families find their perfect Traditions property. In 2012, Hanna graduated with a PhD in HR.
In 2015, along with her Broker, she created the TM5 Properties Mentoring Program, and developed and taught the 12-week Training Program for all TM5 agents. In charge of All Agent Development, Hanna is known for her generous spirit, her loyalty, and putting not only her clients’ needs above her own, but also those of the agents in her office. Her non-stop efforts and dedication to her agents helped push TM5 Properties to the #1 Independent Brokerage in the Brazos Valley, 2016 and 2017. Moreover, in 2017, due to her generosity, positive attitude, not to mention, amazing clients, TM5 awarded her the #1 Agent with the most transactions and highest Gross Commission Income (GCI) in 2017. She has missed working with an experienced Developer, and looks forward to her relationship with Caldwell Companies, as the leader of the Mission Ranch Sales Team, helping Builders & Buyers in the Brazos Valley.
Hanna lives in College Station with her husband Thomas and their two sons Hunter and Harrison. In her free time, Hanna enjoys renovating and remodeling homes.
