Nick is on Caldwell’s Office Brokerage Team and works out of the corporate office. With a focus on office tenant representation, Nick helps his clients leverage their work environment to attract and retain top industry talent, enhance company branding and culture, and drive profitability. With over 13 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Nick has weathered a variety of economic climates, closed complex commercial transactions, and saved his clients time. He believes location, build out, lease terms, and amenities combine to create a unique occupancy solution for each user.
For his clients, Nick shoulders the time-intensive tasks of creating maximum value from their occupancy cost dollars and allows leadership to focus on the immediate concerns of daily business. Nick further understands that commercial lease or purchase transactions are one of the most significant financial decisions in the business cycle, and using a representative in the process can dramatically reduce costs, increase site options, and save time.
Nick is active in many local organizations, including NAIOP Houston, Houston A&M Club, Texas A&M Former Students Association, and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office where he volunteers as Reserve Deputy.
Outside of work and valued family time, Nick teaches a Youth Sunday School class at Lakeside United Methodist Church with his wife, Mandy. They have three boys and they enjoy playing board games and going on adventures together.
