Yi Xue is a member of the Caldwell investment and development team, where her strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done right is a major asset to Caldwell. She participates in building financial models and conducting due diligence and feasibility analysis for Caldwell’s residential communities and commercial projects as well as preparing offering memorandums to source and secure debt and equity.
Yi graduated from Texas A&M University, earning her Master of Landscape Architecture in 2012 and her Master of Land and Property Development in 2014. She also served as the Program Chair of the MLPD program and the Speaker Chair of the Real Estate Development Association. Before coming to the U.S., she worked as a landscape designer in Beijing, China.
Yi is actively involved with Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She worked as an intern at Urban Land Institute’s Houston office in 2013.
Away from Caldwell, Yi enjoys travelling, painting, reading, and cooking.
