Hal Pontez, owner and CEO of HPI Holdings, LLC., announced an expansion of his real estate portfolio with the purchase of a 34 building business park that offers nearly 865,000 SF of office/warehouse/industrial space. Caldwell Companies has been awarded the leasing and property management assignment for the business park that's located in north Houston along West Hardy Road near the North Sam Houston Tollway, close to Bush IAH airport.

Last weekend, several Towne Lake kiddos banded together to raise money for the family of recently fallen Deputy Goforth. In just a few short hours these selfless kids raised over $1,044.00 at their lemonade stand. Later that day, the Towne Lake Foundation matched the lemonade stand earnings penny for penny to donate to the Goforth family. Thank you to all who were involved. We truly have the best residents in our communities!
Did you know that a sufficient supply of diapers can cost over $100 a month per child? In low income households, babies often spend an entire day or longer in a single diaper because the family cannot afford to buy new ones. So the GHBA partnered with the Diaper Foundation and set out to change those stats. And with SEVEN Caldwell babies born this year, our associates were quick to support the cause! We rallied together and donated over 1,326 diapers to the foundation! As a whole, the GHBA gathered thousands of diapers. That’s a whole lot of babies impacted!
Several of our associates traveled to Honduras last May with Living Water International to bring safe water to the community of Isleta. Living Water International is a Houston based non-profit founded in 1990 after a group traveled from Texas to Kenya and saw the desperate need for clean drinking water. Living Water International exists to, “demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and to experience ‘living water’ – the gospel of Jesus Christ – which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.”
