Caldwell Companies was presented the Business Partnership – Academic Impact Award at the recent Cy Fair ISD VIPS Appreciation Luncheon held at the Berry Center. This is an event where the district recognizes both Business Partners and groups and individuals who volunteer at the many schools within CFISD.
Four members of the Caldwell Companies Brokerage team were recently named as Heavy Hitters in a list published by the Houston Business Journal and were honored at a first-time Heavy Hitters Awards event held at the Wynden.

The Lake-A-Palooza event will take place noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 13. The Coventry Kids Castle will include features such as air conditioning, lighting, television and gaming equipment.
Houston, TX (March 28, 2014) — Towne Lake has been named a “Quality Planned Development” by the West Houston Association in recognition of its successful efforts to build innovative neighborhoods that set the standard for future area development.
The development was one of six projects to receive the designation, which was created in 2013 to stem hastily conceived residential and retail development that can occur with the explosive population growth expected in West Houston.
Willowcreek Ranch celebrated its Grand Opening on Saturday, November 16th at the community’s on-site welcome center. Over 200 people attended the festivities, which included a performance by the Aggie Wrangler dance team and live country music by local favorite, the Rankin Twins. Guests were greeted at the gate by two uniformed Texas Rangers and enjoyed BBQ & Texas Wines by Llano winery. Those interested in a tour of the community had their choice of a boat tour around the sparkling 40 acre lake or a golf cart tour of the expansive, wooded homesites.
Caldwell Companies was pleased to partner with the American Heart Association to host the 2013 Northwest Harris County Heart Walk at Towne Lake on November 2nd. It was a beautiful Saturday morning as thousands of friends, families and supporters gathered at Lone Star College - Cy Fair Campus to kick off the event, followed by a 3-mile walk through Towne Lake, where many residents cheered the participants as they walked the community. The event has so far raised $167,500.
