Caldwell continues involvement in local school districts in support the children in the communities we serve.

An important part of fulfilling Caldwell’s vision of creating extraordinary communities is supporting the efforts of the school districts in the communities we serve. Caldwell associates have dedicated time and resources to help invest in the lives of students and those efforts have touched the lives of our team members as much as the kids we support.

Caldwell associates have served on various boards of both Cypress-Fairbanks ISD and Aldine ISD.

  • Bill Ginder, CCIM, SIOR is a board trustee of the Aldine Education Foundation and was involved in the foundation’s golf tournament which helped raise more than $20,000 for the foundation. He’s also a member of the Aldine Superintendent Advisory Group. In addition to his work with the school district, Bill is also a member of the Aldine YMCA Board.

  • Bill and his wife Margaret have been active for years in the Aldine FFA Livestock Sale. In fact, they received an Honorary Chapter Degree from the Aldine FFA.  Bill supports sophomore Codi Cox, whose rabbits he has purchased the past two years at the Livestock Sale.
  • Caldwell is a long supporter of Holbrook Elementary in CFISD. Holbrook nominated Caldwell for recognition as a District Winner for Business Partnership – Academic Impact Award. The nomination was based on our associates’ involvement to volunteer and support the students and staff of Holbrook.

  • Fred Caldwell was named one of the district’s 75 influential honorees who have impacted “Our Children, Our Schools, Our Community”—the district’s 75th Anniversary slogan—throughout the district’s history.

"I am honored to be included in a group of people that I greatly respect," said Fred Caldwell. "Many of those honored are friends that have been involved with the Chamber, Cy Fair Educational Foundation and other community organizations – their commitment to making Cy-Fair a great place to live and work has made a difference. There is no other entity more important to the Cy-Fair region than Cy-Fair ISD, Caldwell said.
