Gladys joined Caldwell Companies in 2008 and recently became a Property Manager. In this role, she is responsible for managing multiple office buildings and retail centers in Caldwell's portfolio. She is responsible for all aspects of day to day operations which include customer service, collections, owner representation, tenant relations, and routine maintenance. She also handles annual budgeting, property inspections, financial reporting.
During her tenure at Caldwell, Gladys has done just about everything needed to help support the Property Management division, including serving as an accounting, property management and administrative assistant.
Gladys has nearly 35 years of commercial property management and accounting experience and is a member of BOMA.
