William is responsible for coordination and oversight of the strategic marketing plan, brand positioning and communication initiatives for Caldwell Companies Commercial lines of business.
Other duties include market research and analysis to identify opportunities within Caldwell’s current database of prospects and detecting trends within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
William is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Major in Radio-TV-Film and a Minor in Journalism. At TCU William was an editor for the University newspaper. He continues to write freelance for the Houston Chronicle as a high school football correspondent.
William has over 23 years of advertising, marketing and conference event experience. Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, he worked at a marketing firm as an Account Executive and had Towne Lake as a major client.
Away from Caldwell Companies, William has served as Cubmaster for his son’s Cub Scout Pack and coaches Upwards Sports at Bear Creek Baptist. He also enjoys reading, golf, tennis, cycling and watching high school and college football.
