Alex Prince brings over 10 years of construction management experience to Caldwell Companies multi-family development division. As Construction Manager, Alex oversees the entire course of the construction project from conception to completion, ensuring the project is completed on time and under budget. Prior to joining Caldwell, Alex was a Project Manager and Project Superintendent for various Houston multi-family projects including Grey House and The Hayworth.

Alex received his B.A. in Communication from the University of Arkansas. Aside from work, Alex enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his wife Shelley and their two children.
