The Boardwalk at Towne Lake will once again glow pink throughout October in partnership with Houston Methodist Neal Cancer Center at Cypress in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Each evening, the waterfront destination will be illuminated in pink as a visible reminder of the importance of breast cancer awareness, regular screenings and early detection.
Throughout the month, guests can explore an educational activation walk featuring breast cancer facts and resources along the waterfront. The community is also invited to wear pink and attend the Boardwalk Goes Pink kickoff event on Friday, October 2, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., featuring live music, giveaways, photo opportunities, pink specials and insights from local physicians.
