Chambers Creek and The Highlands earn five additional awards recognizing excellence in amenities, design, landscaping and community experiences

In addition to the company's Developer of the Year recognition, two of Caldwell Communities' master-planned communities, Chambers Creek and The Highlands, received top honors in five categories.
Chambers Creek, a 1,100-acre gated active adult community designed for those 55 and better, received three PRISM Awards, including “Best Amenity” for The Chapel, “Best Signage” and “Best Event” for Rhythm Fest on the Green. The community was also named a finalist for “Best Master Planned Community” and “Best Landscape Design.”
