Fred Caldwell recently spoke at The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce Economic Outlook event on April 14th. Fred discussed local real estate trends and the growth of e-commerce. He also spoke about the repurposing of retail space from physical store fronts to "industrial box" such as amazon and 3P logistics companies. Fred also spoke about interest rates being at an all-time low and that there is a need for more multi-family.
