Caldwell Communities recently broke ground on Cadence Creek, our newest community geared for residents age 55 and better. This active adult community will be located at 21901 Gosling Road in Spring, and will feature 189 one and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 678-1,242 square feet. The gated community will include four elevators, private garages and carports, and each apartment unit will feature fiber internet and an alarm system.

"We have a long history of studying, designing and building residential homes for the active adult market, so transitioning that development expertise into an apartment home community with luxurious amenities, dynamic resident events and low-maintenance lifestyle just made sense."

Some of the amenities include a clubhouse featuring a demonstration kitchen, a fitness center, an arts and crafts studio, a theater, a game room, walking trails, a dog park and a resort-style lap pool. Geared for active adults, the community will also have a dedicated lifestyle director who will curate a diverse calendar of resident events throughout the year ranging from cooking classes to wellness programs.
