Alejandro Luis, Jr. is an Associate on the Caldwell Land Company team, specializing in land services across Houston and the greater Texas markets. Known for his analytical approach and deep market insight, Alejandro stays closely attuned to market activity to provide clients with accurate, timely advice and strategic guidance. He holds a Master of Land and Property Development and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas A&M University. 

Prior to joining the Caldwell team, Alejandro interned with the City of Fort Worth’s Development Services department, focusing on Historic Preservation and Form-Based Codes. During his graduate studies, he conducted land acquisition research for multiple home builders. Alejandro began his time at Caldwell as the Business Development Manager for the brokerage division, where he built strong relationships with investors, developers, brokers, and engineers—gaining a nuanced understanding of the commercial real estate landscape before transitioning into a broker role.

Outside of work, Alejandro enjoys traveling, exercising, attending mass, and spending time with family and friends.
