Alejandro Luis Jr. joined Caldwell Companies after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Master of Land and Property Development. Before his postgraduate education, Alejandro received his Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas A&M.

Before joining Caldwell Companies, Alejandro interned with the City of Fort Worth in their Development Services department, focusing on Historic Preservation and Form-Based Codes. Alejandro also conducted land acquisition research while pursuing his postgraduate degree. Alejandro's background adds significant value to the Land Team through business development, market research, and client support.

During his time at Texas A&M, Alejandro was involved in the Real Estate Development Association (REDA) and ULI Houston, organizations in which he is still involved today.

Outside of work, Alejandro enjoys traveling, exercising, attending mass, and spending time with family and friends.
