Arthur Ramos has served as a building engineer for Caldwell for many years and currently supervises all tenant maintenance requests for Caldwell managed buildings at 7676 and 7670 Woodway. In addition to his maintenance duties, he also oversees the bidding for service projects and manages those projects to completion.  

Arthur has over 28 years of building maintenance experience, 13 of which has been spent with Caldwell. He is also First Aid and CPR certified.

Arthur and his wife Dora are active members of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and Arthur is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
