Bill Ginder, SIOR, CCIM, brings more than 30 years of experience in industrial distribution and managing facilities throughout the Southwest. Bill has worked with new and existing Caldwell Companies clients to help them select, manage and complete real estate transactions that serve to enhance company business objectives for over twenty years. Bill brings a wealth of sales experience to this diverse team, but he also brings a unique perspective. Being a former customer in real estate transactions gives Bill a great understanding of his current customers’ needs and time constraints. This experience helps Bill form strategic relationships with both property owners and clients in need of commercial space or land.

In 1971, Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the Virginia Military Institute. He and his wife are very active in Northwoods Presbyterian Church and serve on many non-profit Boards in the community.  His personal hobbies include fishing and cooking. He and Margaret, his wife of 48 years, have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Bill and Margaret live in North Houston.
