His expertise includes site selection, financial analysis, entitlement strategy, infrastructure planning, and transaction execution.
Clay believes lasting success is built on strong relationships. Throughout his career, he has cultivated relationships with trusted industry partners, clients, developers, landowners, homebuilders, consultants, engineers, architects, attorneys, and public officials, creating opportunities that generate value for those relationships and the communities they serve.
Clay earned a Master of Real Estate from the Mays Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
Clay is very involved in his church and community. He is an active member of Houston’s First Baptist Church – Cypress and serves on the Board of Directors for the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, he spends nearly all of his free time with his wife and their three children, usually coaching youth sports. Friends often ask whether he still has time for golf, hunting, or fishing, but between work, church, and family, those hobbies have mostly been replaced by practices, games, and weekends at the ball fields—and he wouldn't have it any other way.
