Clay Roper joined Caldwell Companies’ Land Services team after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Mays Business School.  Prior to his post-graduate degree, Clay received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M.  

Clay’s real estate background and knowledge adds great value to the Land Services Team. He excels at identifying new clients, business development and assists clients in maximizing the value of their real estate transactions. Clay specializes in financial analysis and market research which allows him to provide unsurpassed commercial client services.

Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Clay worked with a developer in College Station where he managed the ground-up construction and performed financial analysis of commercial and multifamily projects. His experience in raw land development gives him insight into the needs of his clients in regards to site selection, acquisition and disposition.

Clay is very involved in his church and community and is an active member of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the Aggie Real Estate Network, Texas A&M Former Students Association, and is a volunteer for The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. 

When he’s not at work, Clay enjoys playing golf, hunting, and fishing.
