Darlene joined Caldwell Companies in 2020 as a financial analyst. In this role, Darlene is responsible for the due diligence process and underwriting the financial feasibility and development viability of potential investment opportunities in order to grow Caldwell’s commercial and residential portfolios.

Darlene is a graduate of Mercyhurst University with a degree in Hospitality and University of Houston with a Master’s in Business Administration. Darlene began her career in Hotel Sales but later transitioned into Hotel Development. Her position prior to Caldwell Companies involved underwriting acquisition and new development opportunities.

In her free time, Darlene enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
