Emily serves the recruiting team as the Director of Recruitment, Retention & Community Engagement. In her recruiting role, she leads Caldwell Companies' company-wide recruiting efforts and is accountable for building recruiting strategy, operations, processes, and partnerships needed to attract and hire strong talent. Additionally, she represents Caldwell Companies throughout the community, strengthening our partnerships and overall engagement in the communities we serve.
Emily graduated from The University of Houston and has lived in Cy-Fair for 25 years. In her spare time Emily enjoys travelling, live music, road trips through Texas and spending time with her husband & family.
