Eric Johnson joins Caldwell Companies as a Lead Superintendent for our multi-family division. In this role, Eric coordinates and supervises all construction activities. He directs all field personnel to achieve completion of each project on schedule and maintains open, daily communications on project to OM and administrative staff.

Eric brings over 15 years of experience in managing field operations in the construction industry including multi-family, residential, commercial, healthcare and governmental agencies. Aside from work, Eric attends Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and has four children. In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, golf, baseball and anything outdoors.
