Hagen Barcello joins our team as an Associate Broker and specializes in land services. In this role, Hagen provides brokerage services and brings a well-rounded background in agriculture, business, and customer service. His experience gives him a valuable perspective in the real estate market

 

Hagen earned multiple associate’s degrees from Colby Community College and a bachelor’s in Agricultural Business in 2024 from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.  He later obtained his real estate license through Champions School of Real Estate in 2025. Hagen competed with his college baseball teams, building a strong foundation in both academics and athletics.  During his athletic career, he earned six All-Conference awards and set his college’s career home run record. The discipline and work ethic he developed on the field continue to shape his professional approach today.

 

Hagen has worked as a hunting guide, ranch hand, mechanic, and baseball coach. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and volunteering with his church and Bridging for Tomorrow food bank.
