Jake Galloway serves as an Associate with our Brokerage Team and specializes in land services. Jake excels at identifying, and bringing to market, valuable land tracts with great development potential. He also assists investors, developers, and commercial clients with the site selection and acquisitions of desirable land tracts. His primary interest is to attain maximum value for the landowners and commercial clients he represents. Jake provides support and research to clients and the Caldwell Land Team with the customer’s overall satisfaction as his single focus. 

Jake graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 receiving a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Having a background in Finance and Economics, Jake excels in financial analysis and market research to provide invaluable commercial client services.

During his time at Texas A&M, Jake was involved in Real Estate Aggies in Leadership (REAL) and the Society of Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate (F.I.R.E.). He is now very involved in his church in Houston, the Aggie Real Estate Network, Texas A&M Former Students Association, and is a volunteer for The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. 

Outside of work, Jake enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and watching sports.
