Jennifer joins the marketing team as the Welcome Center Manager for Mission Ranch in College Station. In her role, Jennifer greets and directs visitors who are interested in making Mission Ranch their new home. She will assist with managing the inventory of Mission Ranch and is in charge of reporting and market research. She will act as a liaison between realtors, prospective buyers, and builders to ensure a smooth process for new homeowners. Before joining Caldwell Companies, Jennifer worked as an educator in both private and public school settings for several years. She then transitioned to Senior Living, where she gained experience in recruiting, sales, business office management and training and development.

Jennifer attended New Mexico State University, where she met her husband. They then moved to Houston, Texas where she finished her degree at the University of Houston with a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and Minor in Psychology. She later completed an Alternative Certification for Education. Jennifer moved to College Station 5 years ago with her husband Justin and their 4 children Mekenzie, Jansen, Caleb, and Major. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, working out and serving in the community.
