With over 25 years in commercial real estate development and asset management, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the strategic and operational management of the Commercial division of Caldwell Companies, as well as marketing teams.

Jim ensures Caldwell Companies executes ‘best in class’ commercial management and marketing services for our clients. Prior to joining Caldwell, Jim spent 15 years in Dallas honing his skills in commercial and asset management as well as marketing industrial, office and retail projects.

Since coming to Houston a decade ago, Jim’s local projects include Bondesen Business Park, Northwest Point Industrial Park, Bayport North Industrial Park, Cedar Crossing D.C., Pinemont D.C., Blalock Business Center and Beltway 8 Office Center.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Missouri. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration, Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
