Jim Felkner joined Caldwell Companies in 2021 as a builder for our construction department where he will oversee the building of Commercial Condos and New Home Construction. Jim brings nearly 20 years of experience to the construction industry where he has built single-family homes as well as single-family condominiums. Prior to joining Caldwell, Jim was a sales representative for Lumber Companies, Truss Companies and Flooring Companies. He has worked with Caldwell construction for the past 10 years on projects such as Del Webb and Towne Lake. 

Jim is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where he received his BBA in General Business. When away from the office, Jim enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with family. Cheering on his daughter's volleyball games and tennis tournaments is one of his favorite weekend activities!
