Jon joined Caldwell Companies in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.  He is responsible for oversight and management of commercial construction and multi-family construction.  Jon is involved with project development, client development, bidding and project management.

Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Jon worked for several general contractors, Sr. PM for Brinker International overseeing the Maggiano’s program and spent 20 years in various positions for La Quinta Inns and left as Vice President of Construction for corporate owned properties.  During his time at La Quinta, Jon oversaw the construction of 33 new hotels, conversions of 26 acquisitions and hundreds of renovations.    

Jon received his B.S. in Building Construction from Texas A&M in 1986.  In his spare time Jon enjoys hunting, marksmanship, golfing, fishing, white water rafting and other outdoor activities.
