investors, developers, and commercial users in acquiring small to 1,000-plus acre tracts of land
by locating highly profitable sites in the best locations. Keith brings to Caldwell Companies his
expert negotiating skills, a winning attitude, and a sense of urgency to make deals close. His
single focus is on the customer’s overall satisfaction.
Keith manages a portfolio of over 200 listings, which is more than any other broker in the Houston area. During his 45+ years in commercial real estate, Keith has established solid relationships with other brokers in the Houston area and has closed over one billion dollars in sales over the past 10 years. He has ranked in the Houston Business Journal's Heavy Hitters of Commercial Real Estate Land Brokers List for 10 years, including the top 5 list for four years. Keith has been actively involved with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since achieving this professional designation in 2006. He has served in several leadership positions within SIOR including Vice President and Chairman of the Membership Standards Committee, Regional Director for the Southwest Region of SIOR, Keynote Speaker Committee member, and Site Selection Committee member. He served on the Board of Leadership North Houston and Leadership North Houston Alumni, as well as the Greater Tomball Chamber of Commerce. Keith also served on the Klein Education Foundation and is the past chairman of the Development Trends Committee for the North Houston Association.
Prior to receiving his broker’s license, Keith studied Business at Sam Houston State University.
Born in Tyler,Texas, Keith was raised in Cleveland. He currently lives in Cypress with his wife of
four decades, Dennise. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family
and grandkids.
