Kendra is member of our Property Management team and serves as our Accounts Receivables Coordinator. She will be responsible for accounting duties for the assets our PM group manages and will assist in overall property management budgeting and accounting services.

Before coming to Caldwell, Kendra worked as a Property Administrator at Moody Rambin, was the Short Sale Administrator for the Bank of America Account at Stewart Lending Services, and was an Administrative Assistant at National Oilwell Varco.      

Kendra received her degree in Communications from Texas Southern University and is a proud Tiger alumnus. She enjoys photography and is a fan of beauty and fashion. She also loves completing “Do It Yourself” projects and checking out a good thrift store or sale.
