As a Multifamily Development Manager, Laurn is responsible for managing all stages of multifamily developments from initial concept through disposition. Laurn’s experience includes previous roles in preconstruction management, design management, site/property acquisitions, ground-up development, and dispositions for all multifamily asset classes. Laurn originally graduated from Texas State University in 2010 earning a Bachelor of Business in Finance from the McCoy College of Business. In his time at Texas State, Laurn was a 4-year letter winner for the school’s baseball program and a member of multiple conference championship winning teams. Laurn later went on to earn a Master of Real Estate from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. While attending Texas A&M, Laurn also served as president of the Aggie Real Estate Association.

Outside of Caldwell, Laurn is a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Calf Scramble Committee helping sponsors connect with young students eager to learn about the agriculture business. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with loved ones.
