Luke McAdams serves as an Associate with the Caldwell Land Team, providing land brokerage services and supporting the team. Luke specializes in identifying land opportunities and developing relationships with landowners, developers, investors, and commercial users across Northwest Houston, South Houston, and Northeast Austin. He sources acquisition opportunities for buyers and potential listings while cultivating relationships with developers across a variety of product types. His understanding of local market conditions and land values allows him to identify opportunities that align with client objectives and maximize value.
Luke grew up in Friendswood, Texas, and competed in collegiate lacrosse at Elmhurst University before earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Economics from the University of Houston. While completing his degree, he operated his own personal training business and worked as a strength coach at JASAT in Houston. Luke obtained his Texas real estate license while completing his final semester at UH during an internship with the Caldwell Land Team.
Luke is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County (CREAM) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also involved in serving multiple churches in Houston. A lifelong learner, Luke enjoys reading and continually expanding his knowledge. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and growing family.
