Mandy Baker serves as a Project Coordinator for our Commercial Development team. In this role, she is responsible for managing contracts, project closeouts, draw requests and any other project management duties that support the goals of the Commercial Development division.

Mandy brings over 15 years of experience in general construction and 12 years of experience in Contracts Administration and Accounting to Caldwell. She previously worked in similar roles with Camarata Masonry Systems, Alton Construction, Corvias Military Living and The Morgan Construction Group.

Mandy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Houston – Downtown. She is passionate about her volunteer involvement with the Houston Food Bank and Star of Hope Mission.

Mandy and her husband have two young daughters and enjoy going to their family lake house, watching football, doing arts and crafts and being active in their church.
