Matthew Seymour is a Brokerage Associate in our Cypress office, specializing in land and industrial brokerage services throughout the Greater Houston area. Over the past two years, he has worked closely with Mark Terpstra, successfully completing numerous transactions for both buyers and sellers. Matthew’s in-depth knowledge of the local market, combined with his strong negotiation skills, enables him to deliver solutions that meet his clients’ needs. His approach and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation for achieving optimal outcomes in every deal. Matthew’s ability to build client relationships and work seamlessly with his team makes him a valuable asset to our brokerage group.

Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus of Finance & Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Network (CREN) and the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County (CREAM).

In his free time, Matthew enjoys hunting, fishing, competitive trap & skeet shooting, and almost anything outdoors.
