Miranda Hadamik is Executive Vice President of Investments at Caldwell Companies, a full-service lifestyle real estate development firm based in Texas. Since joining the company in 2010, she has played a key role in the firm's growth and strategic direction. Miranda partners with the firm's executive leadership to raise equity capital from accredited investors, family offices, and institutional partners. She also provides oversight of Caldwell's investment portfolio while helping guide the investment team and the execution of commercial development initiatives across Texas.
Miranda is committed to advancing both the real estate industry and her community. She serves as Chair of the Lone Star College Foundation, supporting student success and educational opportunities throughout the Greater Houston region. She is a former board member of the Aggie Real Estate Network and remains an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Miranda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University, where she was a member of the Women's Golf Team. She has been recognized as a Bisnow Woman Leading Real Estate in Finance for her leadership and contributions to the commercial real estate industry.
Outside of work, Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, and their three children. Together they enjoy attending the kids' sports, traveling, spending time outdoors, and escaping to the mountains of Colorado whenever possible.
