Oleh Bryndzia is an Associate with the Caldwell Land Company team in Houston, specializing in land transactions across West and Southwest Houston. Over the past three years, he has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in a wide range of land deals, focusing on tracts with high development potential. Oleh brings a strategic approach to land brokerage, leveraging a deep understanding of buyer motivations, market dynamics, and site-specific pre-development challenges to maximize value for his clients.  

Oleh is also deeply engaged in the local development and business community. He’s a member of the West Houston Association and a graduate of their Rising Leaders program, which brings together future-minded professionals working toward sustainable growth in the region. He’s also completed the Leadership Program with the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce and now serves on their Board of Directors. On top of that, he’s currently pursuing his CCIM designation, one of the most respected investment certifications in commercial real estate.

In his free time, Oleh enjoys live music, sports, museums, and stand-up comedy.
