Sandy Kelly is the Chief Accounting Officer for Caldwell Companies, responsible for financial reporting and managing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department.

With 35 years of experience at Caldwell Companies and previously for McCord Development, Inc., Sandy has gained in-depth knowledge of what it takes to handle the financial needs of a real estate company as well as manage operations in a fast-paced environment. She has her Bachelor's degree in finance from Texas A&M University.

In her spare time Sandy enjoys reading, golfing, and family outings. She currently lives in Pearland with her husband John and her two girls Meghan and Jordan.
