Tim recently joined Caldwell as a member of our Development team and will serve as a Senior Vice President – Land Development. In this role, he will be a senior team member helping to oversee our residential communities. 

He has 23 years of experience in residential land development, sales and marketing, including a previous stint at Friendswood Development Company. Tim has a strong history of identifying, acquiring and developing land tracts. His experience in commercial and land development will help Caldwell Companies plan communities where people can work, play and thrive.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. He is an active member of the OU Alumni Association. Tim has also volunteered his time at the Houston chapter of the Ronald McDonald House.

Tim has been married for 33 years and has two daughters. He enjoys traveling with his family, studying history and following his favorite college and pro sports teams.
