Todd spearheads Caldwell Companies’ residential rental platform including the esteemed Asher, Cadence Creek, and Mirella portfolios.  His realm of responsibilities encompass the strategic planning and day-to-day operations for the entire lifecycle of residential rental projects, spanning acquisition, design, construction, and delivery.  His overarching aspiration is to develop environments that not only thrive but also enrich the lives of everyone engaged with these communities.

With a multifaceted background in property management, commercial and residential development, as well as construction, Todd’s expertise is a well-rounded asset to the team. 

Before his tenure at Caldwell, Mr. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The United States Military Academy at West Point.  His journey continued as he embarked on a military career, notably serving as a commissioned army aviation officer and completing two deployments in Iraq.  As his aviation chapter concluded, he transitioned to a new pursuit: A Master’s in Business Administration from the esteemed Mays Business School at Texas A&M. 

Todd remains actively engaged in various professional circles, including the West Point Society of Greater Houston, the Texas A&M Association of Former Students, and NMHC.  Additionally, he contributes his insights as a board member of the West Fort Bend Management District. 

In his moments of respite, Todd finds joy in the company of his wife, Cerin, and their two sons, Foster and Cash.  Whether it’s exploring new destinations, tending to the farm, teeing off on the golf course, or reconnecting with friends, his leisure time is thoughtfully curated to reflect his diverse interest.
