Trey is responsible for managing multiple projects across Caldwell’s active adult and conventional multifamily platforms. He is actively engaged in all stages of the development process from initial conception, design, and analysis, to operations and disposition. Trey remains inspired and driven by the human elements of placemaking, and strives to build communities that enrich the lives of our residents.

Trey graduated from Texas A&M University, earning a Master of Land and Property Development in 2018. While in Aggieland, he was an active leader in the Real Estate Development Association and assistant in the Landscape Architecture & Urban Planning department. Trey has completed additional graduate coursework in Real Estate Development at the University of Houston.

While studying social sciences and business at the University of North Texas, Trey gained his first exposure to development through the operational management of newly constructed multifamily projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Outside of work, Trey’s passions lay in art, design, community development and travel.
