Vivian Divin

Executive Assistant - Brokerage Services

Vivian serves as the executive administrative assistant for the Caldwell Companies Land Team. In this role, she provides a variety of support to the brokers, including contract generation, data entry, preparing marketing flyers and invoicing and client relations. 

Vivian has over 20 years of experience as an administrative and executive assistant. Prior to joining Caldwell Companies, Vivian spent eight years as the executive assistant to the President and VP of Building Specialties, Inc., and also served for 13 years in an executive position with a family owned electrical services firm.  

Most of Vivian’s time away from Caldwell is spent with her family and friends. In the past, she participated in the “Stroll for Epilepsy” as the team captain for her group and in the “Relay for Life”.
