This role requires a deep understanding of real estate development accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will support the organization by ensuring the accuracy of financial data, compliance with accounting standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

The Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, developing and managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance as part of the business unit executive team. The role will play a key part in overseeing the financial health of Caldwell’s master-planned and rental planned communities, driving efficiencies, improving financial performance and assisting with financial / operational decision making.

As the construction project coordinator, you will be an integral part of the construction team to ensure purchasing documents are issued in a timely fashion, invoices, and payments are processed, and projects are closed out upon completion.
